Reading Kant's Groundwork
20 May - 29 July 2019
This 10 week course will undertake an online reading of Kant’s Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals, which is, without doubt, one of the most important and influential books on moral philosophy ever written. After completing the Groundwork we will go on to examine some commentaries on it by contemporary philosophers, such as Christine Korsgaard and Derek Parfit.
The cost of the course is just £45 for the full 10 weeks, reflecting the fact that it is a reading group in which all count as equal participants, rather than a lecture led course.
